BNB Privacy Guides
How BNB Smart Chain Transactions Work
BNB Smart Chain is a public blockchain. Wallet addresses, transferred amounts, transaction times, and confirmations can be viewed by anyone. A mixing service can reduce the direct link between deposit and destination addresses, but no tool can guarantee complete anonymity.
Before You Create an Order
Prepare a destination wallet that supports BNB Smart Chain mainnet and verify the address carefully. Use an address you control, check every character before submitting, and keep your order ID until the process is complete.
Using Multiple Destination Addresses
An order can distribute BNB between several destination wallets. Make sure every address belongs to the BNB Smart Chain and that the displayed percentages total 100% before creating the order.
Understanding Delays and Service Fees
The selected delay determines when an outgoing transfer is scheduled after a deposit is confirmed. The order page shows the chosen service fee separately from the BNB Smart Chain network fee.
Deposits and Network Confirmations
Send only BNB on BNB Smart Chain to the deposit address shown for your order. Blockchain confirmations take time, and an outgoing transfer should not be expected until the incoming transaction is confirmed.
Checking a Transaction on BscScan
Use the transaction hash on BscScan to verify the network, receiving address, amount, status, and confirmation count. Never rely only on a wallet notification.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which network should I use?
Use BNB Smart Chain mainnet, also known as BSC or the BEP-20 network. Sending funds from another network can result in permanent loss.
Which asset can I send?
This interface is intended for native BNB only. Do not send BUSD, USDT, or any other token to a BNB deposit address.
Why should I save my order ID?
The order ID identifies the session when contacting support. Save it together with the deposit transaction hash until all expected transfers are complete.
Where can I get help?
Contact support@ginga.finance and include your order ID and transaction hash. Never send private keys or a recovery phrase.
